Kim was great! We were very focused on a specific condo development but weren't necessarily interested in the specific location of the unit we bought. However, she pointed out numerous advantages to the specific location of the unit within the building and that made all of the difference because all of the things she point out were things we had never considered. She was great to work with and brought in a trusted attorney and mortgage broker who were also fantastic to work with. Five stars!

Kimberly was extremely patient with the fact that I am IT ignorant. When i shared that I was having IT issues with my outdated phone, she was more than happy and patiently helped me.

Kimberly is great! She is warm and professional, with a good sense of humor as well. I have some cognitive limitations from head injuries and a stroke - she went above and beyond in making sure I understood and was confortable with all the negotiations and paperwork. That meant a great deal to me.

There wasn't a selection process because Kim Allard is simply the best!!! Although is she a busy woman and wears many hats, she was always available when we needed her (for a question, showing, etc). If for some (rare) reason she had a prior commitment, she made sure one of her agents would be available so we wouldn't miss an open house or showing. Literally couldn't ask for any better. She is personable, super knowledgeable about the area, and truly cares about her clients.
