There wasn't a selection process because Kim Allard is simply the best!!! Although is she a busy woman and wears many hats, she was always available when we needed her (for a question, showing, etc). If for some (rare) reason she had a prior commitment, she made sure one of her agents would be available so we wouldn't miss an open house or showing. Literally couldn't ask for any better.
